Northern Bergen County's high-quality renovation/remodeling company is currently seeking an experienced and reliable team player for a full-time/part-time Administrative Assistant position. The individual will be responsible for general office/clerical duties and data entry. A positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to learn on the fly, multi-task and is highly organized
Reliable, Honest & Punctual and great time management skills
Ability to represent self & company in a professional manner
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Performing office duties (answering the phones, greeting guests, accepting packages, etc.)
