Global Export Network specializes in assisting Italian manufacturers establish a US market presence. The main US office is located in Boonton , NJ. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual on a part time basis (15 - 20 hours per week) to join our team to assist with customer order coordination, accounts payable and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Role Description
Review and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with customers/warehouse regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues.
Maintain and update order records electronically.
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop, order processing, or administrative roles.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in account management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
