Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will have strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed.
Work with Marketing Department, as needed.
Arrange all travel, as needed
Input and update contact information in Salesforce.
Input and update opportunity and project information in Microsoft Dynamics.
Scheduling, calendar management.
Assist Office Manager and Leadership, as needed.
Handling incoming and outgoing mails.
Requirements:
2 years of previous administrative experience in an office environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
