Commercial Glass company in Northern NJ is seeking to hire an Assistant Project Manager with some experience in commercial construction. Individual must be reliable and detail oriented.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Assist with all aspect of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Assist with the preparation and review of submittals and RFIs
Assist in the release and tracking of procurement of materials
Prepare and submit change orders as directed by the project manager
Assist in the preparing of monthly requisitions for work performed
Provide close out procedures and documents
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold our ethical and quality standards
Build and maintain relationships with client, subcontractor and supplier base
Compile data for project manager for reports submissions.
