Assistant To The Office Manager
We are a building management company in Elizabeth NJ. We manage commercial real estate including apartment buildings, store fronts and warehouses. Looking for someone to work with the office manager. Duties include answering the phone, creating reports and spreadsheets, speaking with tenants helping them resolve any problems they may have, and reviewing tenant rent ledgers keeping track of delinquencies. Computer savvy, especially with Excel and Word. Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish). Please send resume or fully state qualifications.
