We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper and general assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including:
Maintaining financial records in Quickbooks Online
Processing invoices
Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing calendar
Corresponding with vendors
Preparing reports
Organizing travel and expenses
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Quickbooks is strongly preferred
1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper, assistant, or EA
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Part-time, 15-20 hours per week. flexible hours
