Commercial and industrial construction company based in Montville/Pine Brook, NJ looking for an assistant office manager.
Proficient in:
Sage 300 Construction
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Schedule a plus
Adobe Pro
Accounting background a must
General Contracting background a must
Must have 10 or more years experience
Must have a "Can Do" attitude, be able to speak and understand English proficiently. Must be able to interact with clients with a friendly attitude at all times.
The work week will normally be 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.
We are looking for a long term employee with great potential for advancement.
