Greeting Clients & Answering Phones
Scheduling Appointments
Responding to Communications (electronic,written)
Document Scanning
Processing Tax Returns
Data Entry
Ordering Supplies
Client Mailings
Accounts Receivable
Upkeep of the Office
Filing as Required
Working on special projects as needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Quickbooks experience preferred
