Role Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll assist with inquiries related to business registration, insurance policies, and other services we offer. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be essential in providing the best possible service to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Assist clients with insurance support, payments, providing information or transfering calls to the correct department.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Utilize technology to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with the team to improve client satisfaction and streamline processes.
Offer tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each small business.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Customer-focused with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in phone support and insurance.
