A customer service account manager (CSAM) is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships between a company and its clients. They are the primary point of contact for clients' inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Customer service: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly

Client relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, and establish lasting alliances

Customer loyalty: Foster client loyalty

Communication: Handle everything involving direct communication with the client

Customer satisfaction: Maximize customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Must have a reliable transportation (sometimes you have to visit clients)
