We are a specialty table linen manufacturer. We have been providing textile products to the hospitality industry for 40 years. We specifically manufacture products for hotels, commercial laundries, party rental companies, caterers and country clubs.
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team who is detailed oriented, reliable, and organized to provide effective service to all customers.

Role Description
· Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers
· Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
· Maintain and extend client base through positive customer interaction
· Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
· Follow up with customers or potential customers by phone or email to introduce new products and letting them know about additional products that might benefit them
· Record and organize customer files (customer information, purchases, invoices, etc.)

Qualifications
· Fluent in Spanish is not required but is a plus
· Prior experience working in customer service not required but is a plus
