Growing landscaping and construction company seeking a reliable, organized part tie Office Assistant to help manage day-to-day administrative operations. ($18 hr @12 hours week)
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries
Pick up and return customer calls in a professional manner
Assist in preparing and submitting RFPs, proposals, and estimates
Maintain schedules, invoices, and job records
Support management with general office coordination and communication
Company marketing/outbound initiatives
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with email, phone, and basic computer tasks (QuickBooks, Word, Excel a plus)
Prior office or customer service experience preferred
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
Compensation:
