North Jersey Mental Health Agency looking to hire a part time Front Desk Receptionist.
Prerequisites:
· Experience coordinating with clients preferably with medical clients.
· Experience working in high pace environment.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
· Strong Communication Skills.
· Basic computer skills and data entry.
· Must be able to multitask while keeping excellent customer service while under stress.

· Bilingual English / Spanish A+
Job Responsibilities:
· Answers the phone in a courteous manner and is able to handle multiple calls at once.
· Complies with any projects or additional duties assigned by direct supervisors.
· Verifies insurance every time client has appointments.
· Call and confirms appointments for clients.
· Uploads documents into EHR. up in EHR regarding new patient chart information such as progress notes, prescriptions, etc.
· Provides administrative support to clinical staff.
Job Type: part-time
Pay: $17 per hour
Flexible Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Occasionally Saturday's
Work Location: Clifton/Hawthorne Office
