A Distribution company is seeking an office admin assistant. The role provides for seasonal hours, anywhere from 15 to 40 hours per week during the peak times. Hours are traditional, but there is some flexibility on start and end times during certain times . The individual should be self-motivated, reliable, and want to work in a family friendly environment. The role would start in January.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, direct, and place phone calls
- Manage the partner's calendar scheduling client meetings
- Prepare mailings to clients
- Photocopying/scanning/filing
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good warm and happy personality
