Small landscape design/build company is seeking an office administrator who is efficient in bookeeping (quick books) . Job includes but not limited to: Invoicing, balance bank account,pay bills,answer phones and emails, scheduling appointments for sales staff, organize office,filing, data entry, inputing proposals and invoices in WORD, communication with company accountant as well as insurance associates. Also includes compiling weekly time cards for payroll, breakdown of daily job work sheets and maintaining customer files.
