The Role
Hudson Engineering is looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator/Front desk administrator to join our team. This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and can work as a team.

Responsibilities
Print and bind reports and drawings.
Assist with project management and execution.
Pick up phone calls and assign them as needed.
Liaise with IT and Accounting staff.
Ability to work in-office: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or part time in the afternoon to 5:00 p.m.
Entering Invoices
Required Education, Experience, & Competencies
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferable
Proactive self-motivated
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and able to pivot with changing priorities.
Proficient in MS Office products and Outlook calendar
Excellent verbal, written communication, and organization skills
Previous experience in consulting engineering environment would be a strong asset.
Experience with QuickBooks preferable
