Duties Include;
Customer service background
Follow business systems
Keeping track of on going jobs and scheduling
Receiving of material lists and keeping up on ordering for each day
Handling of answering phones, making call backs, set up appointments, working with suppliers and contractors ordering materials, handling permits etc
Must be organized, neat ,friendly and a team player
Computer skills are needed
Consult with Owner and Employees on a daily basis
Spanish speaking helpful but not needed
