On-Site Office Assistant Position Available – Sign and Awning Company

From large-format posters and channel letters to truck lettering, awnings, and decals, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails and phone calls professionally
Prepare estimates and invoices accurately
Track and report financial entries and debits
Support general office operations and client interactions
Requirements:
Fluency in English, with Spanish knowledge a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Design skills are a plus but not required

Location: On-site
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm
