We’re looking for a reliable office assistant to help handle day-to-day communication with our tenants. The main responsibilities are answering and making phone calls, replying to emails, and keeping communication organized. Training will be provided for any office systems we use.
This is a great opportunity for someone organized, friendly, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and make phone calls with tenants
- Respond to and send emails using Outlook
- Create and update maintenance tickets through our system (training provided)
- Assist with other basic office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, typing, etc.)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and organized
