What you’ll do
Answer inbound calls/texts, return missed calls
Call new leads, set appointments, and follow up
Create/track estimates and jobs in our CRM
Manage inbox, calendars, and daily schedule
Handle light paperwork, payments, and reports
Must-haves
Strong phone skills and clear writing
CRM experience (GoHighLevel or similar)
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable working on-site in a fast pace
Nice to have
Home-services or scheduling/dispatch background
Compensation
$20–$23/hr DOE
PTO after probation; growth path available
