We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time In-Office Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound cold calling. This position offers a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week, across 3 days, worked in our office.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Accurately track and record all call activity in our CRM
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
