Apartment complex in Randolph looking for P/T office help: Duties include, but are not limited to: Rental/marketing & advertising of apartments/processing applications; Inputting lease & tenant info into computer; Answering telephones; Responding to email requests for apartment information; Collection & deposits of rents, late fees & securities to bank; Following up/keeping track of overdue payments; following-up & ensuring completion of service calls within 24 hours; Handling/reporting tenants’ concerns/ complaints/accidents, etc; Working with Superintendent on supply orders (faucets, appliances, carpets, etc) for upkeep of property; Communicating with management regarding concerns/upgrades as needed for apartment/building/grounds; Overseeing turnovers/upkeep of apartments; Scheduling cleaning staff for turnovers as necessary; Opening mail; Utilizing computer for communications, notices & seasonal newsletters to tenants; Maintaining tenant files & vehicle information.
Must be DEPENDABLE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, ADAPTABLE. Computer skills (MS Word/Excel) and attentive to tenants’ needs MUST! Knowledge/experience with AppFolio property management software a plus, but not mandatory-will train.
