Local small business owner seeking a hands-on, organized, and motivated Operations & Executive Support Manager to help lead day-to-day operations for Edible Arrangements and general office management.
You’ll keep the office running smoothly, make sure staff stay accountable, help push sales, and support ownership with follow-ups, reports, and organization.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations and help keep the office organized and efficient.
Drive sales and marketing follow-ups, promotions, and tracking.
Communicate with staff to keep projects and tasks on track.
Handle scheduling, reports, and QuickBooks/Google Sheets updates.
Support owner with key business priorities, meetings, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of small business, retail, or office management experience.
Organized, dependable, and excellent at communication.
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks.
