We are a fast-growing Puerto Rican restaurant brand expanding across NYC & NJ. We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and business-savvy Office Administrator to support daily operations behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and knows how to keep a business running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily emails + business communication
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Create & send invoices; track and follow up on payments
Review contracts and vendor agreements (attention to detail required)
Handle credit card disputes with clarity and documentation
Conduct market research (vendors, pricing, competitors, etc.)
Pay bills and maintain organized financial/administrative files
Create simple designs using Canva (menus, flyers, labels, etc.)
Update website backend (product changes, prices, information)
Maintain schedules, calendars, and digital organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication + professionalism
Excellent organization and follow-through
Experience in admin, office support, or business operations
Able to work independently + problem solve
Canva experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
Basic web backend familiarity ( Wordpress/ Shopify / Wix / Squarespace a plus)
Knowledge of contracts or general business law is a bonus
