We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bathtub Refinishing Coatings Sales Representative to join our team. No prior knowledge of our products is required—we will provide all the training you need to become an expert!
Key Responsibilities:
.Identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales presentations.

.Continuously seek improvement through feedback and training.
.Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the bathtub refinishing industry.
.Offer expert advice to clients on bathtub refinishing coating products and application techniques.
.Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
.Address customer inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally.
.Assist in the collection of past-due balances when needed.
.Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
.Eagerness to learn about the company’s products, including bathtub refinishing coatings and techniques (training provided).
.Strong communication skills for effectively conveying product information to clients.
.Proven sales ability, including negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain customer relationships.
.Professional customer service skills to manage inquiries and provide ongoing support.
.Basic understanding of coating processes and product application techniques (we will teach you!).
.Strong organizational skills for managing customer orders, deliveries, and inventory.
.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
