We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry / Order Entry Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. This position involves accurately entering customer orders, managing data records, and supporting the operations team.
Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain and update customer and order databases
Communicate with clients and team members in both Spanish and English
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Assist with reporting and analysis using Excel
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience with data entry or order processing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
