We are a Latin concept restaurant offering a refined casual dining experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer seating, overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met by employees.
To be successful as a floor manager you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles. Duties:
Managing customer seating
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, training and adjusting employee scheduled hours as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Cash management
Oversee food production and ensure consistent quality and presentation
Monitor inventory levels and relay to upper management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in restaurant management
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
