YESCO New Jersey North is looking for an enthusiastic individual with great people skills to cultivate and close sales leads through persistent and timely follow-ups. Daily, the qualified individual will be making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers in need of Sign and Lighting repair and/or maintenance services and close the sale.
Requirements:
Reach-out to sign repair/service leads primarily through phone call and email
Follow up on the leads until a definitive Yes/No answer is obtained for the service
Document the client interaction on YESCO’s job management software
Communicate with the service technician to execute on the job
Follow up with clients to ensure the job is completed to their satisfaction
Qualifications:
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Possess the patience and tenacity to make several phone calls and talk to clients/leads throughout the workday
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn new information
Collaborative and a team player
Desire and ability to meet/exceed sales goals
Adept at usage of computers and software
Familiarity with Sign and Lighting concepts is a plus, but not a must
Previous inside sales or outbound call center experience preferred. Other related experiences acceptable.
