Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for full end-to-end client sales and account management. A successful Sales Representative will be able to secure new business, build lasting relationships and bring in additional revenue through established clients. Our goal is to manage successful long-term relationships by matching the right candidates with the right companies.
Responsibilities
Prospecting for new business opportunities through face-to-face, cold calling, and social networking
Drives revenue and maintains accountability for set goals and objectives
Prepares and presents professional proposals, presentations, and service solutions outlining the value
Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
Develops sales plan and penetrates new accounts
Collaborates with internal and external resources to meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Performs needs analysis, site surveys, and product demonstrations
Builds upon customer satisfaction and ensures retention through strong client relationships to be further established as a trusted staffing provider and advisor Required Skills

Qualifications
2-5 years of Sales or Business Development experience in IT staffing industry
Track record of success with long sales cycles using a consultative sell demonstrated ability to interface and influence decision makers, superior customer service skills, professional attitude, and appearance
Enjoy and get motivated by success based incentive model
Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills
Must have great communication skills and attitude to get things done
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with sales in the Staffing Industry
