We are an established artificial turf installation and distribution company based in Secaucus, NJ looking to hire a reliable and motivated individual to assist with outdoor sales on a part time basis.
Job Description: Assist with customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and help convert prospects into customers. Visit customers property to meet with homeowners and measure lawn areas to accurately bid on installation estimates.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, office staff and our installation team.
Requirements: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience in sales.
Must have a good grasp on math skills, like sq ft, and measuring distances.
Must be organized and detail oriented
Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRMs
Reliable and able to work independently
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable working vehicle.
Part time position with room for growth and round the year work.
Compensation set at 10% commissions. Minimum job $4000. Great opportunity to make extra income as turf has a high conversion rate.
