We are an established artificial turf installation and distribution company based in Secaucus, NJ looking to hire a reliable and motivated individual to assist with sales and office related tasks on a part time basis.
Job Description:
Sales Support: Assist with customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and help convert prospects into customers. Visit customers properties to measure lawn areas and accurately bid on installation estimates.
Office Administration: Handle general office tasks such as answering phone, managing emails, date entry and scheduling estimates and installations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our installation team.
Requirements: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience in sales or office administration, preferred but not required
Must be organized and detail oriented
Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRMs
Reliable and able to work independently
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable working vehicle.
Part time and/or full time position with room for growth and round the year work.
Compensation for sales will be a 7.5% to 10% commissions (average ticket $7500)
Office Assistant work will be compensated at a hourly rate of $18.00
A flat weekly salary will also be considered.
