Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers in various markets, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the value of our services.
Responsibilities:
Generating Leads and Building Relationships: Identifying potential customers, making initial contact, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
Presenting Products/Services: Clearly explaining the benefits of products or services to potential customers.
Negotiating and Closing Sales: Working to reach agreements and secure sales with customers.
Managing Territory: Planning routes, scheduling appointments, and keeping track of sales progress within their assigned area.
Providing Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Keeping Up with Industry Trends: Attending training workshops, staying informed about new products, and maintaining professional development.
Skills:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and negotiating deals.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities.
Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills: Understanding sales techniques, managing customer needs, and providing exceptional service.
Time Management and Organization: Planning routes, scheduling appointments, and managing a busy schedule.
Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Addressing customer concerns, finding solutions, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): We offer stipends for BYOD, a good working personal laptop and cell phone is required.
Must own a reliable vehicle for any necessary travel.
Moving/Cleaning/ industry experience preferred.
