We are seeking a self motivated and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and referral sources. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling and developing their own lead sources.
The sales territory is northern NJ (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic Counties & parts of Morris & Sussex). The candidate will spend a majority of their time cold calling business in these counties (in person and should live relative close to the sales territory). The candidate does not need a background in HVAC. Their main focus will be to find businesses interested in upgrading the HVAC equipment and setting an appointment for a technicians to conduct an estimate. We have a huge value proposition for the replacement of HVAC equipment. There are significant rebates available upgrade/replace old HVAC equipment with new HVAC systems (at almost no cost to the customer). There is a great opportunity for a sales representative to earn large commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Utilize sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide exceptional account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability in business development and building lasting client relationships
