Boxin Moving LLC is a Start-Up Moving company based in Livingston, New Jersey, we are in the process of building our North New Jersey Territory, and we are looking to hire professional individuals, who enjoy working independently and helping other people move forward.

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales & Logistics Agent is responsible for generating leads, providing virtual/onsite estimates, customer service, overseeing all aspects of company assigned accounts, relating relocation/transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. The Sales and Logistics Agent will Work with other agents to establish detailed sales and customer service plans and procedures. This position requires great communication skills, including communicating and resolving any issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Handle all incoming sales calls, respond to emails, manage accounts and Customer Service.

Accurately processes customer’s requests into CRM software, ensuring accurate estimates, invoice, Bill Of Lading, relocation arrangements, terms of payments, shipping/relocation details and assigned the proper crew to handle and transport customers goods.

Coordinate all aspects of the relocation process: dispatching examining. destination, route, rates, ensure on time and safe delivery of Customer's goods.

Verifies customer's inventory by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities.

Communicate effectively with the dispatching team, transportation department, warehouses, team leaders, managers and resolve any customer service issues

Answer customers questions, follow up with customers, by calling, sending follow up emails, delivery status, crew status, etc.

Manage the Logistics functions, by checking and confirming /relocation status on pick-up/deliveries and ensure Quality Customer Service.

Assist other agents and manage other accounts when other agents are out or need assistance.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Lead. Agent or Manager.

Follow all company and government Safety Regulations and procedures.

Be respectful and conduct oneself in a professional manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or higher.

Minimum 1 year work experience in: shipping/ Logistics, sales experience, customer services, office environment or job related experience.

Must be adequately proficient with computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word. Knowledge of CRM, data entry, basic typing skills and sales and marketing knowledge helpful.

Must be professional, good organizational skills, written skills, work well under pressure and with others, able to work independently and make crucial judgment calls, able to multitask, with some type of knowledge of the transportation industry and willingness to learn and grow.
