Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Insurance and Finance Consultants. As an Independent Insurance and Finance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping families understand and navigate the complexities of insurance and finance. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing them with personalized financial solutions tailored to their unique needs. With full training included and support and sponsor ship to obtain multiple licenses.
Responsibilities:
- Become Trained to conduct comprehensive (FNA) financial needs analysis for clients to assess their current financial situation and goals.
- Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies, including debt management, investments, and insurance.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on appropriate insurance products, such as term life insurance, to protect clients and their families.
- Assist clients in developing personalized financial plans and strategies to achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Sales. People with a background finance industry a plus+.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts or insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to analyze client finance needs.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., life insurance license) are preferred but not required.
