The Edge Barbershop is a Brand New Luxury Men's Barbershop servicing Edgewater, NJ and the surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking for licensed barbers and stylists to join our growing team and add to our winning culture.
Title: Barber/Stylist
(Barber/Cosmetology license required)
Job Tasks:
-Must be able to provide and produce quality barbering services, such as cutting, trimming and styling hair, as well as trimming beards and straight razor shaves.
-Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing scissors, clippers, combs and all other instruments, as well as maintaining a clean workstation.
-Must be able to welcome clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyles and able to provide profession hairstyle suggestions.
-Must be able to communicate well with all clients throughout the entire barber experience.
-Must be able to promote and sell retail products to clients.
-Willing to do miscellaneous tasks on down time such as sweeping hair, cleaning stations etc.
