Matura Salon and Spa Management Field Manager
Responsibility:
Provide quality salon services including all hair services plus basic manicure and facial waxing as part of a full-service salon team. Maintain safe, secure and healthy salon environment in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Must possess a current and active license to practice as a cosmetologist in New Jersey. Work with older adults preferred. Qualified to communicate effectively, be patient, friendly, outgoing, dependable, motivated and customer service oriented.
Additional information:
Competitive commission based compensation. All professional salon products provided including Wella, Sebastian and Joico. Field training and continuing education (CE) offered for growth oriented stylists.
CE for license renewal varies by state; certificate of completion is required for state approval.
