Manager :Tire lube shop working manager wanted. Will operate busy lube tire shop with one other employee. 5 days weekly .
Off every Thursday
Saturdays till 2 o’clock .
Work flow goes from office to your shop area . U will work oversee and write invoices.
Office will process the customers. Manager needed will sell needed repairs and interact with customers building long term relationships extending the already built loyalty to our services. Manager is efficient and can handle volume .
Currently we have super volume creating this position rather than just another worker . We have built loyalty in our team by taking care of each individual. 45k base salary, weekly bonuses will most likely build your yearly to 65k- 70k (we have sales established to prove) and 401k match builds a retirement plan for each .
