We are in search of a p/t Dynamic Renovations Manager primarily focused on Bathrooms renovations.
This is currently a part time position with the possibility of scaling to Full time.
Individual should be able to execute full cycle Project Management.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent experienced Home Renovations Manager to oversee the renovations of primarily residential properties. As a Home Renovations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient initiation and completion of home renovations projects. omes, managing projects. Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate home renovations projects
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera and ProCore
- Manage contracts with vendors and contractors
- Estimate construction costs and oversee budgeting
- Coordinate construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines
- Implement project management strategies effectively
- Interpret blueprint readings and schematics
Experience:
- Prior experience in home management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
- Familiarity with construction site operations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in project management
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
