Busy domestic dealership seeking experienced shop dispatcher.
Responsibilities,
Oversee flow of Service Shop workload, Ensure that customers vehicle's are repaired promptly and correctly and effectively.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Make sure all customers cars are repaired as soon as possible and time commitments are adhered to.
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Price out repairs of vehicles as required by warranty
