Searching for experienced Water-Fire-Mold restoration technician that has > 2 years experience a must (most certifications or willingness to get some you don't have a must) and can sell services to homeowners. Experience working with adjusters a major plus. This position will work direct with owner and possible equity allocation after year one.
Job comes with work truck (no DWI's or criminal issues) , cell phone and also could arrange relocation and short term ot long term housing asap.
Willing to merge services with existing plumbing or contracting business small or large and could train fully and certify.
Ideally we want a self starter looking for a clean start somewhere but that can also self start everyday.
Compensation is based on how well you know this work and years in. Based on experience total package could range from 50k - 125k a year to to start.
If you are a small company (commercial floor cleaning, handman, plumbing, property management and want to talk about merging we are also open to this ! We have the resources to make just about anything work if it makes sense.
Exactimate MICA Handyman work is a huge plus
Working with TPA's and local communities is also helpful.
