Position: Foreman
Location: Paterson, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train team members on-site
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Close bills of lading accurately with customers
- Ensure all moving equipment and materials are handled safely and professionally
- Drive long distances (hundreds of miles) as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the moving industry
- Proven ability to manage a team and facilitate smooth moving operations
- Clean and valid driver’s license is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle physically demanding work
- Speaking English
