Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Assist Quality Supervisor in training and identifying training potentials for Quality Auditor team & Quality Checks.Apply and assist auditing and enforcing quality requirements and standards for manufacturing productsInvestigate held material and assist material owners to identify resources to disposition material including maintaining MRB log and scheduling review meetings.Liaison with Fiberon Manufacturing trainer to identify training needs and improvement opportunities based on Quality spills and reoccurring concerns.Update work instructions, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality System and drive continuous improvement.Act as training resource and expert for Fiberon auditing and QA Tech team.Assist documentation and issue tracking for activities including layered process audits, gemba walks and start-up or shut-down checklist reviews.Support coverage requirements for auditing as required. Liaison with sourcing team to provide feedback on raw materials issues and new vendors.

Education/Experience:
At least 1 year experience in Quality Auditor and/or Quality Technician role or equivalent.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
