This position offers the opportunity to work across our New Rochelle and Tuckahoe communities on a rotating schedule. As an Assistant Wellness Director, you will closely collaborate with the Wellness Directors of both locations, with the role designed to complement and support the Director’s responsibilities. Key duties include conducting resident assessments and reassessments, delivering direct nursing care, and overseeing the daily nursing activities carried out by the LPNs and care team.
