You'll be the organizational backbone for our Regional Superintendents of Instruction in NYC, managing the countless details that allow school leaders to focus on what matters most—supporting teachers and students. In this role, you'll coordinate schedules, manage projects, and facilitate communication across our regional schools, ensuring that initiatives like professional development, collaborative scoring, and leadership meetings run smoothly. You'll work directly with school principals and regional teams, building relationships and solving problems that help our schools succeed. If you're someone who brings clarity to complexity and takes pride in helping others do their best work, we'd love to talk with you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommunications & Writing SupportDraft and edit emails, presentations, and written communications on behalf of Regional Superintendents of InstructionPrepare materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communication for leadership meetingsServe as a reliable point of coordination across teams, ensuring information is clear and shared effectivelyScheduling, Travel & Logistics CoordinationManage and coordinate the weekly schedule and calendar for Regional Superintendents of Instruction, arranging both in-person and virtual meetingsCoordinate scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics for regional leadersSupport expense management, reimbursement, and additional administrative processes as neededProject & Event ManagementLead and manage regional instructional projects and initiatives that support school and regional leadership—including collaborative scoring, professional development, and regional summitsSupport the coordination, setup, logistics, and execution of major events, retreats, and trainingsManage timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to prioritiesTrack deliverables and next steps while helping maintain accountability across principalsRegional Leadership Support & Relationship BuildingPlan and coordinate recurring regional principal meetingsBuild strong working relationships with school-based and regional teamsSupport regional leaders in their work with schools across the network
