Description We are offering a contract to hire position as an Administrative Assistant near Saddle Brook, New Jersey. The individual will be part of an industry that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of office correspondence and mail management. Provide general support to the office, assisting with various organizational tasks. Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Maintain and manage a cloud-based filing system to organize expense receipt records. Take charge of telephone coverage for the main office line. Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and entertainment schedules for client events. Assist in the planning of client marketing events. Prepare and submit expense reports for Executive Directors as required. Take on various technological projects as needed. Oversee the distribution of holiday cards and gifts at year-end. Coordinate and prepare bi-weekly consultant time projections. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for data entry and email correspondence. Schedule appointments and manage office supplies, marketing items, business cards, and groceries.Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with data entry, able to maintain accurate records and handle high volumes of information Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication with internal and external parties Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating, maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, and notes Able to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents Skilled in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing calendars Experience in coordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
