Description Our client has a great opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their growing Human Resources Department. Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist include but are not limited to:
Handling all employee relations including general relations, complaints, and thorough investigations
Employee development
Employee training
Succession planning
Talent management
Providing recommendations to employees as it pertains to conflict resolution
Handle immigration process and expatriate program as well as assisting employes with travel visa information
Manage and develop performance appraisal system and program recommendations
Handle all separation paperwork, unemployment claims, and hearings
Ensure compliance with all government regulations and laws
Conduct exit interviews and prepares turnover analysis reports
Assist in new hire and termination activities
Requirements
Candidates applying to this position are required to have a completed bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of working knowledge in HR, specifically employee relations and investigations. Experience with UltiPro is a plus. PHR or other HR certifications are also a big plus. Apply today to be considered!
