Insurance Program Delivery Specialist

To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries, in a variety of challenging roles.Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance withnegotiated terms and conditions, territory requirements and companycompliance. Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyersand invoicing.Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs.Create master policies and associated documentsResponsible for the collection, review and processing of prospect/clientlocations and values in corporate systems.Maintains client and broker contact information and document distributioninstructions.Follows corporate procedures, guidelines and governance for processing ofinsurance deliverables.Education: High School or GED required. Prefer some college/university courseworkExperience: At least one year in office environment, preferably within an insurance, finance or other regulatory environment. Combination of education and work experiencewill be considered.Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically ExcelGood Communication skills, both oral and written.Embraces teamworkTeam-player, with ability to work independentlyProblem-solving abilitiesProject management experience a plusAbility to plan, organize and prioritize workAttention to detail and prooing skillsSelf-motivatedSolid math aptitude and analytical skillsTime managementFlexibility/adaptability to change, works well under pressureAbility to multi-taskProficiency in English is required. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
