Job Description SummaryThe Purchasing Scheduler leads the development and execution of purchasing processes for a specified segment within the Materials Management Organization. Purchasing through negotiation, plan development, and execution. As a purchasing scheduler, you will strategically develop and manage a global supply plan for goods and services to geographically diverse locations, while driving a commercial advantage through achievement of quality, delivery, and cost targets. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives, and effect short-term and long-term business goals.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Ensure timely creation and release of Purchase Orders to support the primary schedule.
Collaborate with supply partners and Materials Resource Planner to drive fulfillment activities and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, including managing scheduling changes and cancelations.
Keep ERP system up to date and accurate to the current state of supply.
Apply appropriate Sourcing policies and execute sourcing program initiatives for strategic sourcing team, including management of deflation activities and supply chain risk mitigation.
Support initiatives, including lead time reduction, New Product Introduction (NPI), payment terms and cash flow improvements.
Manage projects in a matrix organization globally.
Act as the primary source of contact for supply partners operational needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in manufacturing or materials/procurement OR a high school diploma / GED and with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing, materials/procurement.

Experience working with modern ERP: SAP platform.

The base pay range for this position is $99 ,500- $132,600 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10 % performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
