We can’t wait to welcome you!The RoleThe Technician, Desktop Support will be responsible for providing technical support to our corporate and remote locations for computers, peripherals, and applications. The Technician, Desktop Support will also interact with other cross functional teams Infrastructure, Telecom & Network Engineering to include but not limited to working on network equipment, telecom and audio/visual systems and procurement of end user hardware and software.What you'll do

Provide desk side and phone support to our local and remote team members while resolving all incidents and moves, add, changes ( MACs) within identified service levels

Perform troubleshooting, analysis and resolve Desktop issues related to hardware, peripherals, applications, and overall system performance

Level 1 Conference Room A/V support

Hands/Feet for Telecom/Networking Engineering configuring/troubleshooting

Reporting and Analytics related to ITSM tickets and work activity

You'll be successful if you have

Required Qualifications/Experience

Current CompTIA A+ certification

Microsoft Support certification required – MCSA, MCSE, MCITP

ITIL v3 Foundations a plus

HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST) a plus

5- 8 years of experience within the Information Technology field, providing advanced support of desktops, laptops, software and peripherals both locally and remotely.

3- 5 years of experience replacing/installing hardware/software on PC’s locally and remotely.

3- 5 years of experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools

3- 5 years of experience troubleshooting advanced network, applications and printing problems related to PC performance.

3 years of experience mentoring junior level technicians

3- 5 years of experience with various PC imaging technologies

3- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft PC Operating Systems and Microsoft Office

3-5 years of experience supporting Mac OS X and iOS
